Rules
The rules are the same for every trader and fixed when you start a challenge. Later changes only apply to new challenges.

Hard limits
These are checked after every fill and every price update of something you hold. The first breach fails the challenge and closes all positions.
Start-of-day equity − current equity must stay at or below the daily limit.
With positions held overnight, the day starts from the previous close, so an opening gap counts in today's loss.
Starting capital − current equity must stay at or below the maximum loss.
It is static: profits do not raise the floor.
The open loss on any single position must stay at or below the per-position limit.
Losses are measured at the price you could exit at: the bid for longs, the ask for shorts, after charges.
Passing
The evaluation has two phases. Pass phase 1 and phase 2 starts for free on the same plan, with its own profit target and maximum loss (see the table above). Pass phase 2 and your record goes to our team for review. If either phase fails, you start again from phase 1.
Equity (after all charges) at or above starting capital + the target.
A day counts when you had at least one filled trade that day.
Your best single day may be at most the stated share of your total profit, so one lucky day is not enough.
The pass is checked at the 15:30 close on a day you end without open positions. If you are still carrying positions, it is confirmed on the first flat close. If the time to pass runs out first, the challenge ends without a pass.
Products & timings
| Product | For | Margin | Overnight |
|---|---|---|---|
| Intraday (MIS) | Stocks and F&O | Leveraged (stocks 5×) | Closed automatically at the square-off time |
| Delivery (CNC) | Stock Challenge | Fully paid; sell only what you hold | Held until you sell |
| Carry forward (NRML) | F&O Challenge | Exchange-style margin | Held until you exit; closed on the contract's expiry day |
Orders from 09:15. Intraday orders until the square-off time (15:15 stocks, 15:20 F&O); delivery and carry-forward orders until 15:20.
All unfilled orders expire at the 15:30 close. Exchange holidays are not trading days.
On the last day of a challenge, every position is squared off at the square-off time.
Market, limit, stop-limit and stop-market orders. Market orders fill at the ask (buys) or bid (sells) and walk the visible depth; larger orders pay slippage.
Orders are refused when prices are stale, the market is illiquid, or a circuit limit is hit.
Costs
Brokerage, STT, exchange transaction charges, SEBI fee, stamp duty and GST, at published Indian broker rates.
Delivery (CNC): no brokerage, STT on both sides, stamp duty on buys and a depository (DP) charge once per stock per day on sells.
Your result is after costs, exactly as it would be with real capital. Over-trading shows up in your numbers.
Every fill shows its charge breakdown, and you can download your full tradebook.
Fair play
Using more than one account, sharing an account, exploiting price adjustments or delays instead of trading, automated order flooding, or coordinating with other traders.
The risk desk may end challenges and block accounts in these cases. Details are in the terms of the evaluation.
